If you receive an error about Privacy, in Internet Explorer try clicking on Tools, Internet Options, then click on the Privacy tab. Set your cookie settings to Medium or Low, click Apply, then OK. Click on the Refresh or Reload button (depending on which Browser you are using, Netscape or Internet Explorer). The Password Box should come up ok.
If you don't see the Password Box come up, it's possible that it opened behind your browser. Look at your taskbar to see if you have a tab for the Password Box as shown below.
If you see the button, click on it and the Password Box will come to the Front. If you don't see the button in the task bar try the following:
